Q1: Can I have a sample order for led profiles?

A: Yes, we welcome sample order to test and check quality. Mixed samples are acceptable.

Q2: What is the transportation?

A: By Air, by Sea, by Train OR by Express all are OK to us.

Q3: How about the delivery time?

A: If in stock, it needs 2-4 days. If out of stock, usually it needs 15 days to produce.

Q4: Do you have any MOQ limit for the order?

A: NO MOQ, 1 piece for sample checking is available.

Q5: Do you offer guarantee for the products?

A: Yes, we offer 3 years warranty to our products.

Q6: What is your main product line is made?

A: LED aluminum profiles, LED light strips, LED power supplies, LED Grow Lights etc.

Q7: How about your R & D team's ability?
A: We have 8 years production experience, and we dedicate to developing the new products every year according to the demands of the various markets.

Q8: Can you customize the product according to the customer's request?
A: Yes, we can. OEM & ODM are available

Q9: Can we see the led dots through diffusers?

A: Most of our opal diffuser can’t be seen the dots. It also depends on distance from led to diffuser.

Q10: Does it comes with end caps?

A: Yes, it has end caps, clips, cover and aluminum profiles.

Q11: Can they be used for outdoor?

A: Yes, it applies to outdoor for some items, but mostly are IP44 for indoor.

Q12: Do you have all profiles in stock?

A: Usually the hot sale products are in stock. As for other items, we need to check our stock status for you.

Q13: Can we order special length for aluminum?

A: Yes, Most of our profiles are 4 meter length in stock. Some of items are 3 meter length in stock.

Q14: Can we be your exclusive agent in our country?

A: Yes, once your volume is large enough then after our evaluation we can consider.

Q15: PMMA and PC Cover which one better?

A: PMMA is much fragile than PC cover, in the process of transportation, PMMA is easier to be damaged, now more and more customers use PC.

Q16: Can we have porfile in other color? Like white and black or other special color?

A: Yes, we can do powering coating for you.

Q17: Can you offer a trade discount?

A: It depends on your order quantities.

Q18: What kinds of payment methods do you accept?

A: T/T bank transfer, if amount is less, then we also could accept Paypal.

Q19: what if i require a special, unique led profile?

A： We ofter open new models for our customers.

Q20: Can i get customized products for special application?

A: Of course, we provide OEM and ODM service, design and produce according to customers' requirement. Such as different length, different color, different packing etc.
